FL4I One more day..

I'm getting ready for this new journey. I've read some great reviews and have joined a few forums/weight loss/medical sites to help me along my journey.

I'm going to start video blogging on youtube this Monday. (06/27/11)

I've purchased a really good scale.
I've made my 11 day shopping list.
I have all my meals planned out for the first 11 day cycle.
My tape measure is handy to take and post all of my measurements.
I'm motivated!
